Any person receiving healthcare services at Mammoth Hospital or his or her parent or legal representative has the right to submit a concern directly to us regarding the care you received. Mammoth Hospital’s Patient Experience team acts as a liaison between the patient, hospital and physicians to address all concerns submitted, with the goal of delivering a positive patient experience as our top priority.
