Biography

Katie Lonsdale works as a per diem physical therapist at Mammoth Hospital. She grew up in Mammoth, then moved to San Diego where she received her B.S. in Kinesiology from San Diego State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Passionate about human movement and working with people, she decided to pursue Physical Therapy and received her DPT from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, San Marcos. Katie worked as a per diem PT in both inpatient and orthopedic settings for 9 years in Encinitas, California before she and her family returned to their beloved Eastern Sierra in 2019. Katie enjoys skiing and hiking with the family, running with her husband Tyler, and stays busy with her three children, ages 4, 8, and 10.
