Biography

Jen was born in Bishop, California and raised in Mammoth Lakes, California. She developed a love for athletics through swimming, running, playing soccer, cross-country skiing, and alpine skiing with her older sister, and she came to appreciate the combined art and science of rehabilitation through her parents who both worked as physical therapists in their own private practice. As a Pocock DII All-American rower at UC San Diego, Jen further developed her passion for sports, health, and injury prevention, and this propelled her into her pursuit of a career in physical therapy.

After living and working as a physical therapist in the Northwest following graduate school, Jen returned to the Eastern Sierras where she married her husband Mike. Jen and Mike enjoy recreating in the mountains and being part of the small, close communities of Bishop and Mammoth.
