Cassidy’s Story – Save a Life with the Mammoth Hospital Foundation

Cassidy Seitz, a 14 year-old athlete went into sudden cardiac arrest while skiing on Mammoth Mountain on New Year’s Eve 2018. Luckily, the story ends well thanks to the presence of life-saving equipment and the work of fast-acting Ski Patrollers at Mammoth Mountain.

The Mammoth Hospital Foundation is currently raising money to enhance our capacity and speed of care. We are expanding the hospital’s fleet of defibrillators from 8 to 11.
