The Mammoth Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship Application
Every year the Mammoth Hospital Auxiliary offers financial assistance to dedicated students pursuing a career in a medical profession.

All applicants must:
1) Be pursuing a course of study in a medically-related field.
2) Be a current resident of Mono County and resided there full time for a minimum of two years or currently working in Mono County full time for a minimum of two years.
3) Have completed two years of prerequisites in a medically-related college curriculum with minimum 3.0 grade point average or worked for two years in a medically-related field in Mono County.
Applications must be postmarked no later than June 30th and awardees will be announced in August. Send the completed application to:
