March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month
Did you know that the third most common cancer diagnosed in the United States is Colorectal Cancer?
March is Colorectal Awareness Month and the good news is that Colorectal Cancer is preventable and treatable with preventative screening. Exams like a colonoscopy can find precancerous polyps that can be removed before they turn into cancer.
It’s not something that most people want to talk about, but by age 50, everyone should have a conversation with their doctors about Colorectal Cancer.
